About youth for youth
Founded in 2023, our annnual dinner is the fullfiment of our deepest wish to help those most in need, a cause that is particulary close to our hearts, and the pleasure of putting our passion for hospitality to good use.
It’s just the story of two long-time friends who had a dream of helping children in need.
In the vibrant heart of New York, a story of friendship and passion has been blossoming since childhood.
Two friends, united by their shared love for the art of hospitality and cuisine, embarked on an extraordinary journey.
For the third year, they rise to the challenge of organizing a charity gala, blending gastronomy with generosity.
Their ambition? To create unforgettable moments where conviviality meets compassion, where every dish tells a story of heart and commitment.
Together, they celebrate the art of giving while reinventing culinary elegance, one plate at a time.

Josh is a chef and beverage entrepreneur who loves bringing people together through food and drink. Front of House Director
Meet Alexander, a remarkably talented high school-aged student event planner and coordinator. His passion for hospitality and uniting people began at a young age. Raised in a vibrant, multicultural environment, Alexander is dedicated to crafting events that embrace.
He attends Leman Manhattan Preparatory School on Wall Street, where he continues to excel academically while pursuing his passion for event planning and hospitality.
Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, he is an avid fisherman. He also participates in Varsity Tennis and Basketball for his school and competes in tournaments outside of school. He is a member of the Green Team whose mission is to make the entire school community environmentally aware.
Over the years, he has helped the Ronald McDonald House raise funds for children battling cancer by participating in "25 Days of Holiday Cheer" where he created hot chocolate kits for residents of the house.
He's also successfully spearheaded numerous fundraisers, including two alongside Josh.
He is also an ambassador for the Billion Oyster Project. The BOP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring one billion live oysters to New York Harbor by engaging students, educators, and community volunteers in hands-on marine science, environmental restoration, and stewardship. As an ambassador, Alexander helps promote environmental awareness and supports initiatives that protect and restore New York City's waterways.
Alexander is currently helping organize the upcoming event on October 15, 2026 for the Food Education Fund, a nonprofit organization that connects New York City public high school students with opportunities in the culinary arts, hospitality, and food-related careers through scholarships, workforce development, mentoring, and hands-on learning experiences, continuing his commitment to supporting educational opportunities and community engagement through hospitality and service.
